Acceptance of Terms
The customer acknowledges having read the conditions of sale set forth herein and expressly accept them without reservation.
Order
The order is done by the buyer's validation on internet of the order all items ordered and acceptance conditions of sale, payment, shipping and return policies.
The order finishes with the payment of the price by the purchaser, and confirmation by tsuki-selection.com .
tsuki-selection.com may cancel any order from a customer with whom there has been dispute over payment of a previous order.
The information provided by the buyer, when taking an order is his responsibility : in case of error in the recipient's details (ie. Spelling of the name, address, etc.), the seller can not be held responsible for the failure of delivering the product.
Delivery
Shipping systems are presented in the "Delivery" page of our website.
Shipping time may vary depending on various factors (destination, customs controls, weather, strikes,...). tsuki-selection.com is not responsible for shipping delays.
To ensure the best delivery service, all packages are sent by registered mail with tracking of the package on the internet and insurance included. See details in the "Delivery" page of our website.
Return & Exchange
tsuki-selection.com , is a shop specializing in antiques and used, unless specified all items offered are old and used.
- In case of delivery error, items may be returned within one week after receipt. They will be fully reimbursed as well as transportation, on the following conditions :
* the buyer shall contact tsuki-selection.com before returning the items and get agreement from tsuki-selection.com (shipping conditions, etc.)
* the items shall be returned in their entirety and in their original state.
- Antiques might be stained, worn or partially broken. The selling price reflects items general condition. The photographs and the descriptions allows the buyer to get an idea of the condition of the items and the choice of whether to buy or not any item is the buyer's responsibility. The description and pictures, however, cannot be a full transcription of reality.
There may also be differences in the pictures in terms of colours. If unsure, the buyer has the possibility to ask for some explanations or additional pictures by email (using the contact form) or by phone (see “Legal Notice”).
The purchase decision is therefore made knowingly and any request for exchange or refund shall not be made on criteria related to the condition of the item purchased.
- New Items sold on tsuki-selection.com can be returned within one week after receipt. If there is an error in the items delivered, it can be returned under the conditions mentioned above.
For any other reason transportation costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and items will be refunded only if returned in full and in their original condition and packaging (original condition and unopened).
Note: We make sure to pack items in strong cardboard boxes and we also protect the items inside the box itself. If an item is damaged during shipment, it is the buyer to deal with the carrier. (See "Delivery" page)
Price & Payment Policy
Prices might be modified without notice, however the price remains unchanged once the order is placed and confirmed. The price on the product data sheets do not include delivery. Pricing is determined on various elements such as the rarity of the object and its qualities.
The wear and defects of old objects are naturally also part of the pricing. Packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which it is shipped.
These charges are the recipient's responsibility. The buyer should also check that the items can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Payment is possible via PayPal only, payment by credit card or through your PayPal account. Note that you do not need to open a PayPal account to make payment by credit card via PayPal.
Confidentiality
Personal informations collected for purposes of distance selling is required, these informations are necessary for processing and shipping the orders.
The personal informations collected are for the exclusive use of tsuki-selection.com and will never and in no way communicated.
